From the hut there is a trail that leads to the Emet pass (2294m), along the shores of the lake and then N.-E. It is an easy trail to the green-covered pass. Past the border is the Swiss village of Innerferrera. It is also possible to climb to the Pizzo Emet (3208m) and Pizzo Palù (3172m) peaks, but they require experience. The easier option is to climb to the top of Spadolazzo.
