St. Gerold monastery: the monastery church with an altar fresco by Ferdinand Gehr, the St. Gerold memorial room, the crypts with the foundation walls, the apsis of the earlier Roman church, the grave of Saint Gerold and the chapel of the Virgin Mary with its replica of the hermit's picture are special attractions. There are also some paintings by Ferdinand Gehr worth seeing in the Adamskapelle chapel. One extraordinary peculiarity is the graveyard, which has been redesigned without individual graves.
