Valle Germanasca - Fenestrelle - Laux - Ghigo di Prali (TO)  LENGTH:

1st day
Arrival at Fenestrelle and full guided tour (all day) of the fort, representing the largest fortified structure in Europe and the vastest brick structure after the Chinese Wall. In fact, it stretches for about 5 kilometres in the Chisone valley and covers a height difference of around 700 metres, and a surface of 1.300.000 square metres. Overnight stay at Laux. 2nd day
Laux - Massello (transfer from Balziglia to Massello upon request): through the Pass of Albergian and then along the trail of the Waldensians Glorious Repatriation.

Overnight stay at Massello. 3rd day
"The Wheel and the Water" trail: easy loop hike to discover the small village mills in the area of Massello. Overnight stay at Massello. 4th day
Massello - Prali: towards Colletto di Fontane along the forest track and descent to "Scopriminiera" following the path of the miners that passes near the old "Gianfranco" mine. Lunch at the Miner’s Rest and, in the afternoon, underground visit of Scopriminiera by the small train of "Paola" mine.

Transfer by public bus to Prali and overnight stay in a Stage Post.  5th day
Transfer from Prali to Orgiere and hike from Orgiere to the Lago Verde Refuge along the classic trail passing from Bout du Col. Height difference +: m 1100. Overnight stay in refuge. 6th day
Lago Verde Refuge - Ghigo di Prali: through the Pass Giulian and the Clapou Valley to arrive at the Bowl of the Thirteen Lakes (m 2395). Height difference +: m 500. Height difference –: m 1500.
